Upon completing the request form, you should receive a confirmation that request has been submitted. You should receive a booking confirmation within 24 hours (working day). Should you facing any issues, please call us

I booked for a recyclable collection, but I wish to cancel it. How do I cancel my booking?
After the booking is confirmed, you will see a "Pending" request on the Home or Activity screen. You may click to view the details, edit or cancel the booking.
I booked for a recyclable collection, but nobody came to collect it!

There are no collection slots available for my location!
We’re sorry, presently, doorstep collection services are only available in Clementi area (postal codes beginning with 12).
Alternatively, you may keep a lookout for our ezi Cash-for-Trash stations, which are organised centralised collections at our public waste collection sectors. At these stations, you may scan the ezi QR code to get rewarded for recycling. We're working hard to establish arrangements with more partners, so that you may drop off your recyclables at other convenient locations too. Stay tuned!
What if I don’t live within your sectors now, are there any other locations that I can drop off my recyclables?
We have launched a new collection feature (QR code) that enables us to organise centralised collections throughout our public waste collector sectors. Over the next few months, we hope to establish arrangements with more
partners, so that residents can drop off their recyclables at other convenient locations too.
I think I did not choose the correct category for my recyclable; can I amend my booking?
Yes! After the booking is confirmed, you will see a "Pending" request on the Home or Activity screen. You may click to view the details, edit or cancel the booking.

Yes! Simply select the "I'll Recycle for Free" option at the end of your collection request form. Thank you for saving the earth!

Yes! Simply approach any of our team members and they will collect your recyclables for free. Thank you for saving the earth!
I booked a recyclables collection, but will not be at home. Do I have to be physically present at home during the collection or can someone else hand over the recyclables? Can I just leave my recyclables outside my
If you have booked a collection, there needs to be someone at home to confirm the transaction. You will not be able to leave these recyclables outside your home as our ezi collectors will need to verify your contribution.
I did not schedule a collection. Can I still participate in recycling events?
Yes! Simply create an account, bring your recyclables down to our friendly ezi collectors and complete a recyclables collection on-site.
Ensure that you have input your PayNow details via your 'Account' page to receive rewards.
