Terms and conditions
The “ezi Turns One: Recycling Quiz" is organised by SembWaste Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') and will run from 13th November to 22nd November 2020 (both dates inclusive). The recycling quiz is open to Singapore citizens, permanent residents and holders of valid employment passes or work permits.
- Employees of Sembcorp Industries and/or its subsidiaries, and immediate family are not eligible to participate
- Participants with the most creative answers and who fulfil the participating criteria below will stand to win vouchers and ezi premiums, at the sole discretion of the Company’s management.
Participation criteria:
- Download and register for an account with the ezi mobile application
- Submit a completed Recycling Quiz entry form, which can be found in the ezi mobile application and/or website, under the article titled “ezi Turns One: Recycling Quiz”.
- Up to 10 winners will be selected. Each winner will receive Prize(s) consisting: $20 grocery vouchers and ezi premiums via registered mail.
- Prize(s) are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or expired.
- All entries for this quiz must be received before 22nd November 2020, 2359hrs. Selected winners will be notified by 30th November 2020 via email.
- Selected winners must submit a completed acknowledgement form within 5 calendar days upon receiving the email notification in order to receive their Prize(s).
- If the winner cannot be contacted or fail to respond via email, or fail to submit a completed acknowledgement form within 5 calendar days from the date of the email, the participant will be disqualified and another winner will be selected based on the same criteria, at the sole discretion of the Company.
- Participant(s) shall only submit one entry. Multiple entries of the same will be considered as “spam” and disqualified.
- By participating in this quiz, the winner consents to the disclosure of his/her name, contact number, and mailing address to SembWaste Pte Ltd for the purpose of organizing, promoting and/ or conducting the quiz and consents to receiving promotional, marketing and other publicity information from SembWaste Pte Ltd from time to time.
- The Company may share aggregate information about the winner(s) with advertisers, business partners, sponsors and other third parties for publicity purposes, purpose of organising, promoting and/or conducting marketing activities.
- The Company reserves the right to disclose and publish the name and any other particulars of the winner(s) (including photographs) for publicity purposes and by participating in the program, the winner(s) agrees to co-operate with and participate in such publicity activities without any payment or compensation thereof.
- The Company reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter any of the Prizes offered without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to vary or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of dispute, the decision of the Company is final
